For temporarily disabled Instagram account:
If you see the message “account is disabled” on Instagram, you’re safe. It implies that Instagram has temporarily disabled your account, and you can restore it.
For permanently disabled Instagram account:
If Instagram permanently disables the account, there’s no chance of getting it back. They can remove an account that continuously violates their Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
